description

The passage grave lies on a natural hill ( Danish Høj ) whose sides have been excavated. The almost round and low chamber with a diameter of 3.6 m, which is unusual for a passage grave, is held by 11 supporting stones that are 1.1 to 1.3 m high. All former capstones (probably two or three) are missing. The entrance is in the south and is about 2.5 m long and 0.7 m wide. It has 0.7 and 0.9 m high bearing stones, two in the west (one missing) and three in the east. The spaces between them were filled with dry masonry . The capstones of the corridor are also missing.

The Bygholm Nørremark Langdysse is nearby .
