Villa Bernhard Große: Bowl fountain towards the intersection

The two-storey, today under monument protection standing villa with fencing, garden and fountain is situated on a corner lot for Horst-Viedt Street. The pathways and borders of the original gardens have been preserved to this day. In addition, there is a bowl fountain in the garden ( ancillary site in the preservation order ).

The building stands on a base made of polygonal masonry, the flat, flattened and protruding hipped roof is slated. The facades are asymmetrical. The slightly modified plastered structure has brick-faced band structures and sandstone structures, as well as corner pilaster strips , stucco ornamentation and colored decorative lining of the knee . There are roofs in the style of the Italian Renaissance above the windows . The ornamented blind sheets in the windows were largely preserved in Helas (2007), but have since been dismantled (2012).

In the main view of Heinrich-Heine-Straße there is a side elevation , plus a round-arched coupling window on the ground floor. In the other street view there is also a side elevation on the right-hand side, to the left of it a two-story, massive, glazed veranda with wooden ornaments on the upper floor.

The entrance is located on the western rear of the house and is reached via an outside staircase . This is protected by a canopy supported by pillars and leads into a stair tower with a truncated pyramid roof .

The enclosure was changed, however, when Helas (2007) or from elaborate wooden fence fields between sandstone pillars with plate covers that fence panels have now (2012) to the picket fence.
