Gary Oliver (born July 14, 1995 in Glasgow ) is a Scottish football player who plays for Greenock Morton .

Club career

Gary Oliver played in his youth with Heart of Midlothian in the so-called Youth Academy . In August 2013 he made his professional debut under team manager Gary Locke in the 2nd round of the League Cup against the Raith Rovers when he came on for Scott Robinson . In the Premiership he played a total of eight games, but could not avoid relegation at the end of the season with Heart of Midlothian (15 points were deducted before the start of the season due to the embezzlement of funds of the Lithuanian patron Roman Romanow ) in the championship . In September 2014 he was awarded to FC Stenhousemuir until the end of the season.

National team

On October 10, 2013 Oliver made his debut in the qualifying tournament of the U-19 juniors for the upcoming European Championship of this age group in a 1-1 draw against Latvia. In the following days he came to two more missions against the hosts Belarus and Germany . In his fourth game, which he played for Scotland's U-19s in early March 2014, he scored the first goal against Switzerland.
