Gaydoul Group

The Gaydoul Group AG (until January 21, 2008 Rast Holding SA ) is a company domiciled in Pfäffikon ( Canton Schwyz ) . It is the holding company of the Gaydoul-Schweri family. The group is actively involved in the real estate and equity investment segments as well as in premium companies with Swiss values.

The following retail chains belonged to what was then Rast Holding SA:

In Switzerland, the Gaydoul Group still owns various properties in Zurich, Bern , St. Gallen and Geneva as well as other properties in Basel and Lausanne . The Franz Carl Weber property was sold to Swiss Life in May 2016. The Handelszeitung estimated the value of this property portfolio in December 2007 at over 350 million Swiss francs.

In July 2008, the Gaydoul Group acquired a 90% stake in the fashion company Navyboot . As a second investment, the group took over the Swiss hosiery chain Fogal in October 2009 . This was followed by majority stakes in the Swiss fashion label Jet Set (February 2010) and in the watch manufacturer Hanhart (October 2010). The Gaydoul Group has a 9.5% stake in the share capital of Neue Helvetische Bank , which was launched in January 2011 .

Hanhart was divested to GCI Management Consulting Munich in February 2014 and Fogal was sold to Lahco of Switzerland in November 2015. Navyboot followed and will be sold to the Migros subsidiary Globus on January 1, 2019 .
