The Geehi River is a river in the southeast of the Australian state of New South Wales .

It rises on the southern slopes of Mount Jagungal in the Snowy Mountains , just a few hundred meters away from the sources of Doubtful River , a tributary of the Tumut River , in the Murrumbidgee River flows .

Unlike the Doubtful River, the Geehi River flows to the southwest and flows through the Geehi Reservoir . At Geehi it flows into the Swampy Plain River .
