The Geiger Peninsula ( Spanish Península Geiger , in Argentina Península Carmen ) is a peninsula in the northeast of the Etainsel in the group of Melchior Islands in the Palmer Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula .

Chilean scientists named it after Augusto Geiger Stahr, a member of the operational association on board the Piloto Pardo during the 19th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1964–1965). The background of the Argentine naming is not known.
