The Bittenfeld Community Hall is a multi-purpose hall in the Waiblingen district of Bittenfeld . They have a capacity of 1,100 seats, 450 of which are seats.
location
The hall is located on Waldstrasse next to the Bittenfeld outdoor swimming pool. Next to the hall is the TV Bittenfeld clubhouse , which was built from 1955 to 1957.
use
The handball club TV Bittenfeld played its home games in the community hall until the 2011/12 season (most recently in the 2nd Bundesliga ). Since the 2012/13 season , the club currently playing in the Bundesliga has played its home games in the Scharrena Stuttgart due to capacity reasons. The hall is currently used as the home ground for all active teams in the club except for the professional team (including the second team of the club in the major league ) and for all youth teams (including the A youth division ). In addition, the hall is used by the TVB as a training hall.
history
The hall was built in 1969/70.
In 2017 the hall was modernized and an additional training room was added.
