The municipal administration association Steinlach-Wiesaz is a municipal administration association in the Tübingen district in Baden-Württemberg ( Germany ).
The municipal administration association Steinlach-Wiesaz was founded on July 1st, 1975 by the three municipalities of Dußlingen , Gomaringen and Nehren . It is based in Gomaringen. It was named after the Steinlach and Wiesaz streams .
tasks
The member communities are advised by the association in carrying out their tasks. A member municipality can only make a decision that affects another member municipality if it has been discussed and approved in the association assembly. The association carries out or fulfills certain tasks for the member communities. A distinction is made between so-called completion tasks and fulfillment tasks.
According to the statutes, the execution tasks include “the maintenance and expansion of second-order waters” , as well as “acquisition, maintenance and use of machines and devices to carry out the tasks incumbent on the member communities as the bearer of road construction” .
In addition, the association fulfills the following tasks, among others:
- preparatory land-use planning
- Road construction load for the communal roads
- Maintenance of a secondary school and a high school
- Maintenance of a sports hall and sports facilities
- Operation of the Steinlach-Wiesaz social station
- Youth work in the member communities
Association meeting
The association assembly is composed of the mayors of the three member communities and 19 other representatives of the community councils. The municipal council of Gomaringen provides 9 representatives, the municipal council of Dusslingen 6 representatives and the municipal council of Nehren 4 representatives.
The following number of votes is distributed among the member communities: Gomaringen 6 votes, Dusslingen 4 votes and Nehren 2 votes. The votes are cast uniformly by the respective electoral leader (mayor or representative) of the member communities ( mandatory faction ).
