Gene Collins

Gene Collins (born April 23, 1932 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor .

Life

Collins began his career as a child actor in 1939 . He then played small roles in various films, although he was often not mentioned in the credits. In the mid-1940s he had a few major supporting roles, including in The People's Choice and Ginger . He had more minor role in the B-movie Doomsday and Jerry Lewis - Comedy Visit to a Small Planet . In 1967 he played in four spaghetti westerns , including Sergio Corbucci's Die Grausamen . In 1970 he appeared alongside Clint Eastwood and Donald Sutherlandin raiding party gold . Between 1971 and 1974 he starred in Spanish western films alongside Lee Van Cleef and Telly Savalas . His recent roles included appearances on the soap opera General Hospital and the television series Zorro, with Duncan Regehr in the title role.
