Geoffrey Simpson
Geoffrey Simpson (* in Adelaide , Australia ) is an Australian cameraman .
Life
Geoffrey Simpson studied at the South Australian School of Art and the London International Film School . He shot advertising and music videos before he began working increasingly as a cameraman for Australian feature films from the early 1980s. In total, he was nominated for an Australian AFI Award for best cameraman six times, receiving awards for his work in The Navigator , Shine, and Oscar and Lucinda .
