Reviews
Roger Ebert wrote in the Chicago Sun-Times on January 13, 2006 that the film turned the “ crunchy ” old formula into a comedy that one could love thanks to the “ warmth ” of the leading actress . The " idiotic " plot (" idiot plot ") is based on a series of complicated misunderstandings. The director has a flair for romantic comedies with human dimensions.
The lexicon of international films wrote that the film was a " sappy remake of a comedy from the 1950s, in which the brilliantly presented leading actress brushed aside the tragic aspects and led the film to a happy ending ".
Cinema magazine wrote that the film could not "compete with the original. " The “ slapstick spectacle ” is too oozing “ with kitsch, clichés and clumsy slapstick ”. Only thanks to the leading actress “ does the plea to live every day as if it were the last, but still sweet ”.
