Michael Nouri (born December 9, 1945 in Washington, DC ) is an American actor of Lebanese descent.

Life

He attended Emerson College in Boston . The 1.91 m tall Nouri was married twice, from 1977 to 1978 to Lynn Goldsmith and from 1986 to 2001 to Vicki Light. He has two daughters. Until 2003 he was in a relationship with the actress Roma Downey .

Nouri appeared in the films Forrester - Found! and Flashdance with. He was also in many US series such as OC, California , Star Trek: Enterprise and Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten . In Navy CIS he played the head of the Israeli secret service Mossad and father of the Mossad-NCIS agent Ziva David.

In the 1990s he was seen on Broadway alongside Julie Andrews in the musical Victor / Victoria . He also took part in a 1995 television film of the same name .
