The Geografov Peninsula ( English ; Russian Полуостров Географов Poluostrow Geografow , German 'Geographenhalbinsel' ) is a peninsula on the Knox coast of the East Antarctic Wilkesland . It's in the Bunger Hills .
Scientists from a Soviet Antarctic expedition mapped and named them. The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia transferred the name in a partial translation into English.
