Georg-Heinrich Treude

Georg-Heinrich Treude (born January 21, 1901 in Aue ; † March 8, 1987 in Bad Berleburg ) was a German local politician and honorary district administrator ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending school, he completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter and passed his master craftsman's examination in this trade in 1925 . From 1915 to 1925 he worked as a carpenter and then ran an independent carpentry business. Treude was married and had four three sons and one daughter. A grandson of Georg-Heinrich Treude, Karsten Treude (also CDU ), was honorary mayor of the community of Aue , now part of the city of Bad Berleburg , from 2004 to 2009 .

Treude was from October 1956 to September 1964 a member of the county council of the then district Wittgenstein and 14 November 1958 to 11 April 1961, he district of the circle. From 1951 to 1969 he was mayor of Aue.

Georg-Heinrich Treude was active in various committees of the district council of North Rhine-Westphalia .

On October 28, 1969, he was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon.
