Georg Adolf Schwinn
Georg Adolf Schwinn (born February 15, 1815 in Saarbrücken , † March 14, 1892 ) was a Palatinate businessman and politician.
Life
Georg Adolf Schwinn enjoyed a commercial apprenticeship and was a co-founder of the wire and nail factory Roth, Heck & Schwinn in Ixheim near Zweibrücken. He was a long-time member and secretary of the Palatinate District, Trade and Commerce Chamber. In 1864 he became an honorary citizen of Zweibrücken.
From 1868 to 1870 he was a member of the Palatinate 4 constituency ( Zweibrücken , Pirmasens ) in the customs parliament , where he joined the National Liberals.
