Georg Bräuherr

Georg Bräuherr (born March 21, 1922 - † December 13, 2015 ) was a German local politician of the Christian-Social Union in Bavaria (CSU) .

Life

Georg Bräuherr joined the CSU in 1963. In the subsequent local elections, he was elected to the Straubing City Council. He was mayor from 1972 to 1990. In 2009 he published an autobiography entitled So was it - my beloved Straubing .

Georg Bräuherr died on December 13, 2015 at the age of 93.
