Georg Ferdinand Servatius Michael Maria Freiherr von und zu Brenken, Count Droste zu Vischering (born May 19, 1941 in Münster ) is a Westphalian entrepreneur in forestry and agriculture .

Georg Ferdinand von und zu Brenken works as an entrepreneur in forestry and agriculture and runs various family businesses, such as the Brenken'sche Forest Administration and the Erpernburg Rent Office.

From 1998 to 2013 he was President of the Bonifatiuswerk of German Catholics . Before that, he was an assessor on the general board from 1977 and vice-president from 1995. Since 1997 he has been chairman of the employers' association Land und Forst Westfalen-Lippe . From 1995 to 2001 Brenken was a member of the executive board of the working group of landowners' associations.

Brenken has a particular passion for hunting: since the founding of the Association of Hunting Cooperatives and Own Hunting in Westphalia, he has been honorary chairman and since 1985 chairman of the examination board.

In addition to various local political commitments, Georg Ferdinand has also been chairman of the Paderborn diocesan group of the Association of Catholic Entrepreneurs for many years . As a member of the Order of Malta, he has been involved in the pilgrimage and sick parade from the diocese of Münster to Lourdes since the 1980s.
