Georg Frantz

Georg Frantz (born December 4, 1899 in Ückeritz , † after 1965) was a German judge .

Life

He was the son of a state forester. His denomination was Protestant. In 1918/1919 he took part in border protection battles and suffered military service damage. In 1922 he passed the first state examination in Szczecin with “good”, the second in Berlin in 1925 with “good”. In the same year he became a lawyer at the Stettin District and Regional Court. He got a doctorate . Since 1932 he was a member of the NSDAP . On August 1, 1933, he became a regional judge in Stettin and two months later he became a higher regional judge in Stettin. In 1937 he became an assistant judge at the Reichsgericht and eight months later a Reich judge . He was active in the 4th Civil Senate of the Imperial Court .

After 1945 he was a permanent employee of the magazine for the entire family law and lawyer in Lübeck.
