Georg Geist (politician, 1895)
Georg Geist (born December 1, 1895 in Rauscha , Görlitz district (Silesia) , † June 28, 1974 in Ruit ) was a German local politician (SPD).
Among other things, Geist was mayor of the town of Finsterwalde from 1926 to 1933 , provisional district administrator of the Hirschberg district in the Giant Mountains from May to December 1945 and district administrator of the Esslingen district from 1946 to 1966 .
