Georg Krauss (politician)
Georg Krauss (born August 23, 1915 in Langenzenn ; † June 1, 1973 there ) was a German entrepreneur and politician of the CSU .
Life
After attending the Oberrealschule in Fürth , Krauss began studying at the Ohm Polytechnic in Nuremberg , which he completed with an engineering exam. He then worked as a civil engineer. In the Second World War he served as a soldier in the Navy . Most recently he was taken prisoner of war. After his return he worked in his father's construction business, which he expanded in the following years.
Krauss joined the CSU and was elected chairman of the CSU district association Fürth. He was a councilor in Langenzenn and a member of the Fürth district council . From November 1958 he was a member of the Middle Franconia District Assembly based in Ansbach . From November 1962 until his resignation on September 16, 1970, he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament . For him moved Hansbauer tear to the parliament.
