Georgi Valeryevich Berdjukow ( Russian Георгий Валерьевич Бердюков ; born August 19, 1991 in Khabarovsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with Amur Khabarovsk from the Continental Hockey League .

Career

Georgi Berdyukov began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of SKA Saint Petersburg, for whose second team he was active in the third-class Pervaya League from 2006 to 2009 . Then the defender played for a year for the professional team of the city neighbor HK WMF Saint Petersburg in the second-rate Wysschaja Liga , where he scored five goals in a total of 45 games and provided as many assists.

For the 2010/11 season Berdyukov returned to SKA Saint Petersburg, for which he made his debut in the Continental Hockey League . At the same time he plays for the SKA junior team in the multinational youth league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja Liga . In the following years he played mainly for the HK WMF Saint Petersburg in the Wysschaja Hockey League and occasionally came to missions at SKA in the KHL.

In January 2014, the SKA exchanged him for Dinar Chafisullin from HK Vitjas , whereby Vitjas also received financial compensation.

From May 2017 Berdyukov played for Amur Khabarovsk .

International

For Russia , Berdyukov took part in the U20 World Junior Championship in 2011 , where he won the gold medal with his team. He contributed to winning the title with one goal and two assists in seven games.
