Geralyn Wolf

Geralyn Wolf (born April 30, 1947 in West Chester , Pennsylvania ) is the Anglican Bishop of Rhode Island of the Episcopal Church of the United States of America .

Life

After finishing school, Wolf studied at West Chester University , where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1968 . In 1971 Wolf achieved a Master of Arts degree in education from Trenton State College . Wolf then studied Anglican theology at the Episcopal Divinity School and was ordained an Anglican priestess in 1978. As dean , Wolf worked among others at Christ Church Cathedral in Louisville in the Diocese of Kentucky . On February 17, 1996, Wolf was ordained bishop by Edmond Lee Browning and Frank Tracy Griswold and George Nelson Hunt .

Wolf has been married to Thomas Charles Bair Jr. since 2007.
