Gerhard Marshal

Gerhard Marschall (born August 27, 1952 in St. Martin im Innkreis , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian journalist .

Gerhard Marschall began his journalistic career at the Rieder Volkszeitung , from 1990 to 1994 he was Upper Austria correspondent and domestic policy editor of the daily newspaper Der Standard . From 1994 to 2000 he was the domestic policy editor of the Upper Austrian News . After working for the WirtschaftsBlatt , Gerhard Marschall was head of the Upper Austria editorial team at the Austrian daily newspaper from 2006 . From December 2008 he was press spokesman for the President of the National Council, Barbara Prammer .

In 2002 he was awarded the Kurt Vorhofer Prize .

His brother Erich Marschall runs the 08/17 advertising agency in Braunau am Inn .
