Gertraud Goderbauer (born August 27, 1955 in Ergolding ) is a Bavarian politician ( CSU ) and was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament .

education and profession

After graduating from high school, Gertraud Goderbauer trained as a bank clerk from 1975 to 1978 and became a master of rural housekeeping in 1985.

Gertraud Goderbauer is Roman Catholic, married and the mother of three children.

politics

Gertraud Goderbauer has been a CSU member since 1987, after having been a member of the Junge Union from 1975 to 1990 . She was the CSU local and district chairwoman as well as a member of the district executive committee of the CSU. In local politics she was active in many functions. From 1990 she was a municipal councilor in Ergolding, and from 2002 to March 2004 she was second mayor. From 1990 to 2014 she was district councilor, from May 10, 2005 to October 10, 2012, she was district chairman of the Landshut-Land district association and from 1994 to 2003 district councilor.

From October 6, 2003 to October 7, 2013 Gertraud Goderbauer was a member of the state parliament. There she was a member of the State Budget and Financial Affairs Committee.

She represented the constituency of Landshut ( constituency of Lower Bavaria ) in the state parliament.

On May 15, 2013, Goderbauer was elected to succeed Georg Winter as chairman of the budget committee. So far, she was deputy chairman of the budget working group of the CSU parliamentary group. For the 2013 federal election, she sought to be a candidate for the Bundestag, but was subject to an opposing candidate within the party. She subsequently renounced a renewed state parliament candidacy and resigned all offices in the CSU. In the local elections in 2014, she also no longer ran for the district council.

Gertraud Goderbauer is a district farmer in the Bavarian Farmers' Association.
