The two commercial buildings Domsheide 4 and 5 are located in Bremen , Mitte district , Domsheide 4 and 5. They were built in the 19th century. As part of the Dominsel ensemble, they have been a listed building in Bremen since 1973 .

history

The cathedral island between Domshof , Sandstrasse, Violenstrasse , Domsheide and Dom came to Bremen in accordance with the Reichsdeputationshauptschluss of 1803. In the first half of the 19th century, the first classical and then historicizing parish and commercial buildings were built.

The five-story (No. 4) or three-story (No. 5), three-axle, plastered, simple commercial building Domsheide 4 and 5 with a hipped roof and the cantilevered cornice were built next to the Kulenkampff house in the historicist era . The houses belong to the cathedral community of Bremen. Today (2018) there are rooms of the Glocke, the Bremen Music Festival and other offices in the houses .
