Gesche Linde

Gesche Linde (* 1965 ) is a German Protestant theologian.

Life

After graduating from high school in Offenbach am Main in 1983, she studied from 1983 to 1991; initially human medicine at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, from 1984 Protestant theology at the University of Mainz and from 1986 at the University of Tübingen . From 1997 to 1999 she was an editorial assistant in the editorial team of the theological concise dictionary Religion in Geschichte und Gegenwart , Tübingen. From 1999 to 2006 she was a research assistant at the Professorship for Systematic Theology and Philosophy of Religion, Department of Theology in Frankfurt am Main . From 2006 to 2008 she represented the Chair for Systematic Theology and Philosophy of Religion in Frankfurt am Main. From 2008 to 2010 she was a research assistant at the Professorship for Systematic Theology and Philosophy of Religion, Department of Protestant Theology in Frankfurt am Main. From 2010 to 2011 she was a fellow for the philosophy of religion (focus on pragmatism and semiotics) at the Käte Hamburger Kolleg at the University of Bochum . In 2011 she represented the professorship for systematic theology with a focus on ethics and religious philosophy at the University of Hamburg . From 2011 to 2012 she was a research assistant at the Professorship for Systematic Theology and Philosophy of Religion, Department of Protestant Theology in Frankfurt am Main. From 2012 to 2016 she was an academic adviser at the Institute for Theology and Social Ethics at TU Darmstadt . Since 2016 she has been teaching as a professor for systematic theology and philosophy of religion at the University of Rostock .
