The Gewinghauser Bachtal (also Gewinghausener Bachtal ) is a nature reserve with a size of about 14.9 hectares in the town of Bünde, which belongs to the Herford district . The Gewinghauser Bach gives its name to the area with the number HF-023 .

Flora and fauna

The area protects a well pronounced Sieksystem as for the Ravensberger hills is typical, especially close to nature pronounced deciduous forest , wetlands and wet meadows, Hochstaudenfluren , reeds and Seggenrieder , as well as the communities and in flowing and still waters.
