Ginhart is a hamlet in the municipality of Mengkofen in the Bavarian district of Dingolfing-Landau .

geography

Ginhart located in the district Mulhouse the community Mengkofen. Ginhart originally belonged to the municipality of Asbach , which was divided between Laberweinting and Süßkofen in 1970 . During the division, Ginhart was added to the community of Susskofen, as were the neighboring wastelands of Furth, Heinzleck and Rauheck. The community of Süsskofen was incorporated into Mengkofen on May 1, 1978. Ginhart has been part of Mengkofen since then.

The place represents the border to the districts of Straubing and Landshut . Neighboring places are in the northeast Pramersbuch , in the east Unterallmannsbach , in the southeast Hagenau , in the southwest Gerabach , in the west Penk and in the northwest Eckenthal .

history

The hamlet already had the 1100th foundation festival and is therefore one of the oldest places in the region.
