The Giresun Dağları (German " Giresun Mountains ": plural of " Dağ ", German " mountain ") are a mountain range of the Eastern Pontic Mountains in the south of the northern Turkish province of Giresun .

The Giresun Dağları extend over a length of about 120 km in a west-east direction between Mesudiye in the Ordu province in the west to the provincial border of Gümüşhane in the east. The Melet Çayı separates the mountains in the west from Canik Dağları . The river valley of the Kelkit Çayı , along which the North Anatolian Fault runs, forms the southern boundary of the mountains. To the north, the mountains are drained by the rivers Pazarsuyu Deresi , Aksu Deresi , Yağlıdere Çayı , Gelevera Deresi and others to the Black Sea . In the far east of the mountain range is the Alucra Dağları massif . This forms the highest part of Giresun Dağları and reaches a maximum height of 3331  m in Abdal Musa Tepesi , the highest point in Giresun Province . The Gümüşhane Dağları mountain range connects to the east . In the west is the Karagöl Dağları massif with a maximum height of 3107  m . The D865 trunk road ( Dereli - Şebinkarahisar ) crosses the mountain range at the Eğribel Pass at an altitude of 2320  m .
