Giulio Cesare Vinci Gigliucci (* 1938 in Fermo ) is an Italian diplomat in retirement .

Life

From 1995 to 1996 he was ambassador to Lima .

In 1998 he headed the Latin America Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (Italy) .

From 2002 to September 2005 he was ambassador to Stockholm .

He is the chairman of the Antiqua Marca Firmana association , which runs a cultural center in Fermo.
