Giuseppe Lanzoni
Giuseppe Lanzoni or Joseph Lanzoni (* October 28, 1663 in Ferrara ( Italy ); † February 1, 1730 , otherwise 1731 ibid) was a doctor, professor of medicine and botany and member of the academy of scholars " Leopoldina ".
Giuseppe Lanzoni's place of activity was Ferrara. Here he was the first doctor. Lanzoni was also active as a botanist, philosopher and writer.
On April 4, 1690 Joseph Lanzoni with the surname EPIMARCHUS was accepted as a member ( matriculation no. 172 ) in the Leopoldina .
