Giuseppe Serpotta
Giuseppe Serpotta (* 1653 in Palermo ; † 1719 ibid) was an Italian sculptor and plasterer of the Baroque in Sicily .
Life
Giuseppe was a member of the Serpotta family of sculptors. He was the son and pupil of Gaspare (d. 1669) and brother of Giacomo Serpotta , with whom he often worked. His works are exclusively represented in the sacred buildings of Palermo.
