The Glashüttenweg is a hiking trail north of the town of Schierke in the Harz Mountains in Saxony-Anhalt, which is part of the city of Wernigerode .

It is about 7.5 kilometers long and is located in the southern part of the wooded Brocken massif . The Glashüttenweg leads from Drei Annen Hohne to the west in the direction of the Brocken summit. However, the Glashüttenweg ends about 3.5 kilometers before the summit and joins the Brockenstraße . The path goes past the Trudenstein , leads over the Spider crossroads , bypasses the Erdbeerkopf and passes the Ahrentsklint , Schlungsklippe and Kapellenklippen cliffs a short distance away .

The name of the path goes to the original on Jacob fracture located glassworks back. It existed for a few years in the 19th century. The Glashüttenweg served as a transport route to the hut, of which only a few remains of the foundations have been preserved.

The Harzer-Hexen-Stieg long-distance hiking trail leads over the Glashüttenweg .
