Publishing program
The thematic focus of the around 90 titles was the cultural history of Thuringia . For example, one of the publications was devoted to the early work of the Gera- born painter Otto Dix ( Dix avant Dix ), another to Expressionism in Thuringia . The publishing program also included city-related history: The city church of St. Michael zu Jena or the classic city and National Socialism . Culture and politics in Weimar 1933–1945 . On the other hand, the anthology of poetry published by Wulf Kirsten “Wreathed by green hills ...” - Thuringia in poetry, spanned an arc from the past to the present .
Several series of publications appeared under the umbrella of Glaux Verlag, for example the communications of the Erfurt History and Archeology Association , the Weimar contributions to political and cultural youth education (series of the European youth education and meeting place for young people in Weimar), and the series of the Collegium Europaeum Jenense the Friedrich Schiller University Jena or the Jena Yearbook on the history of technology and industry published by the Association of Technology History in Jena eV .
The publication series edition AZUR for poetry and short prose, originally produced by Glaux Verlag, has been an independent publisher of the former volunteer Helge Pfannenschmidt since 2009.
