Glitnir ( old north : "radiant"), also known as glass home , is one of the palaces of gods in Asgard in Norse mythology and the residence of the god Forseti . It is a gleaming hall, with a silver roof and golden columns, in which the Forseti right speaks about gods and people ( Grímnismál , 15).

“Glitnir, is the tenth;
The silver roof of the hall rests on golden pillars .
Forseti is enthroned for the long day
and settles all arguments. "
