The Gmina Lesko is an urban-and-rural municipality in the powiat Leski in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland . The seat of the Powiat and the municipality is the city of the same name (until 1931 Lisko ) with about 5500 inhabitants.

The municipality is located in the Bieszczady (Beskydy) . The main body of water is the San River .
history
From 1975 to 1998 the municipality belonged to the Krosno Voivodeship .
