The Gmina Urszulin is a rural community in the powiat Włodawski of the Lublin Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the village of the same name with around 1000 inhabitants.

The parish church of Christ the Merciful Parish was built between 1985 and 1987. The Roman Catholic Church of Christ the Merciful Himself was founded in 1990. Church books have been in existence since 1990. The following localities are assigned to the municipality:
