Goh Keng Swee
Goh Keng Swee (born October 6, 1918 in Malacca , † May 14, 2010 in Singapore ) was a Singaporean politician ( PAP ).
Goh was Minister of the Interior and Defense from 1965 to 1967 and Minister of Finance from 1959 to 1970. Goh Keng Swee was second deputy prime minister from 1968 to 1984.
In 1972 he received the Ramon Magsaysay Prize . From 1980 to 1985 Goh was chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore .
