Gornjane ( Serbian - Cyrillic Горњане ) is a village in the Opština Bor and Okrug Bor in eastern Serbia .

The village is located 25 kilometers north of Bor at about 400  m altitude between the valleys of the streams Ljubova (in the east) and Lozovica (in the west).

The village is located in the north of the Opština, 27 km from the municipal capital Bor . Gornjane is located between the mountains Stol, Veliki krš and Mali krš. The area of ​​the place is 9,034 hectares.

Gornjane was first mentioned in connection with the Ottoman conquest in 1524 as Gornjan .
