Metovnica ( Cyrillic : Метовница ) is a village in the Opština Bor and Okrug Bor in eastern Serbia .

It is located twelve kilometers south of Bor and 14 kilometers west of Zaječar at about 180  m altitude on the Brestovačka reka river just before its confluence with the Crni Timok .
