Grace Park
Grace Park (born March 14, 1974 in Los Angeles , California ) is a Canadian actress of Korean descent.
biography
Park's parents moved to Canada when she was 22 months old. Park has a bachelor's degree in psychology . She speaks English and understands some Korean . Park has been married since 2004 and lives in Vancouver with her husband, the Korean project developer Phil Kim, with whom they have a son.
Career
Park's career began with Edgemont, a Canadian teen soap . She then played minor roles in Outer Limits - The Unknown Dimension , X-Factor: The Incredible , Dark Angel , The Immortal , Stargate - Kommando SG-1 , Andromeda and Romeo Must Die .
From 2003 to 2009 she played the role of the humanoid Cylon model number eight (including Lieutenant Sharon "Boomer" Valerii and Sharon "Athena" Agathon ) in the American series Battlestar Galactica , through which Park achieved greater popularity.
In 2007 she stood as Lt. Sandra Telfair in the computer game Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars in front of the camera. In the US series The Cleaner , Park portrayed Akani Cuesta . In the following years, Park had recurring roles and guest appearances in various series. From 2010 to 2017 she was one of the main characters in the crime series Hawaii Five-0 . In 2010, she also appeared as a guest actress in the series Human Target at the side of Mark Valley .
