Graeme Wayne Rutjes (born March 26, 1960 in Sydney , Australia ) is a former Dutch football player .

The defensive player made his professional debut in 1980 at Excelsior Rotterdam . In 1985 he moved to Belgium for KV Mechelen . With Mechelen he became Belgian champion in 1988 and won the European Cup Winners' Cup . In 1990 he moved to RSC Anderlecht within the league . With Anderlecht he was four times Belgian champion and once Belgian cup winner. In 1996 he ended his career.

He played 13 times for the Dutch national team . He was part of the Oranje squad at the 1990 World Cup in Italy.

From 2011 to January 2014 Rutjes sat on the board of directors of Feyenoord Rotterdam . Until his resignation on February 10, 2015, he was then Technical Director at NAC Breda .
