Graham Clark

Graham Clark (* 1941 in Lancashire , England ) is an English opera singer ( tenor ).

Life

Clark studied at Kirkham Grammar School, Loughborough College of Education and Loughborough University . After a few years as a teacher, he began to sing.

Clark is mainly known for roles in the field of character tenor: Loge ( Das Rheingold ), Mime ( Siegfried ) and the Captain ( Wozzeck ). He sang at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the English National Opera , the Glyndebourne Festival , the Metropolitan Opera New York and the Bayreuth Festival .
