Grancona is a fraction of the north-eastern Italian municipality ( comune ) Val Liona in the province of Vicenza in Veneto .
Until February 16, 2017 Grancona formed an independent municipality with 1862 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2015). The place is about 15 kilometers southwest of Vicenza in the Colli Berici .
