history

Until it was incorporated into Burgebrach on January 1, 1972, Grasmannsdorf was an independent municipality. The former castle chapel from 1769 and a number of sandstone sculptures from the 18th century are located in the village .

geography

The place is on the Rauhen Ebrach . Neighboring towns are Failshof and Oberharnsbach in the east, Burgebrach in the south-west and Ampferbach and Dietendorf in the north-west .
