occupation

Grave Encounters 2 is an American - Canadian horror film about the supernatural from 2012 . It is also the sequel to the film Grave Encounters .

action

Film student Alex Wright is a clichéd horror film junkie. He reviews various horror works on his YouTube channel every week. He is particularly fascinated by the film Grave Encounters . When he finds out that the entire film crew of the television series Grave Encounters is considered missing, he rounds up his friends who are visiting the mental institution where the film is set. But then more and more strange things happen and the suspicion grows that the film could have something to do with it. The question now arises whether the events from Grave Encounters were actually real. After a supposedly successful escape attempt, the protagonists get outside again and drive back to their hotel. When you arrive at the hotel, use the elevator to go to the floor on which your room is located. When the doors of the elevator open again, they are back in the institution. With the knowledge they have acquired through the film, the friends try to survive the unspeakable evil. They penetrate further into the institution than the protagonists in the film and even find the former serial presenter Lance Preston, who has been in the building for almost 10 years. Towards the end they find a free-standing gate through which Alex can get out of the asylum and into a desert-like area in California. The gate collapses behind him and Alex, as the only survivor, is free.
