The Green Lake Glacier is a glacier in North Cascades National Park in the State of Washington ; it is located immediately northeast of Bacon Peak . Green Lake Glacier begins on a rock ridge that spreads east of Bacon Peak. The glacier forms two tongues that flow down north of the ridge from about 6,600 ft (2,012 m) to about 5,500 ft (1,676 m) altitude. The ridge is a mountain ridge that separates Green Lake Glacier from Diobsud Creek Glacier in the south. The meltwater from the glacier flows over the Bacon Lake Falls directly into Green Lake .
