The border between the Republic of Namibia and the Republic of Zambia is approximately 244 kilometers long and runs in a continuous section from 17 ° 38 ′ 42 ″ S, 23 ° 23 ′ 50 ″ E in the west to 17 ° 47 ′ 25 ″ S, 25 ° 15 ′ 42 ″ E to the east.

The border between the two states begins in the west on the Okavango and leads east in a straight line to the Zambezi near Sesheke . From there, the common border of Namibia and Zambia follows the natural course of the Zambezi to the meeting of the Chobe and Zambezi, west of Kazungula near the island of Kakumba at the eastern end of the Caprivi Strip .

Namibia and Zambia have two border crossings on their common border (as of 2019) , from Katima Mulilo (Namibia) via the Katima-Mulilo Bridge to Sesheke (Zambia) and from Kamenga (Namibia) to Imusho (Zambia).
