The Grisedale Beck is a small river in Cumbria , England . The Grisedale Beck arises at the Baugh Fell and flows northwards down the mountain, then arches to the southeast at its foot and takes up the Catmire Gill . The Grisedale Beck flows south until it curves to the west at the hamlet of Clough north of Garsdale Station on the Settle – Carlisle railway line with the inclusion of several small streams and thus becomes the Clough River .
