The residential building at Großgartacher Strasse 23 in the Böckingen district of Heilbronn is now a listed building.

The house Großgartach Road 23 is a traufständiger , three-story Sichtziegelbau. The facade is structured mirror-symmetrically by seven window axes.

The rectangular windows on the ground floor have a lintel from sandstone . A segmented arch in colored, contrasting exposed brickwork is located above each window as the crowning of the window .

The windows on the two upper floors have a lintel that has been designed as a segment arch in colored, contrasting exposed brickwork.

In the middle of the house there are round-arched twin windows, which are grouped together by a common segmental arch in colored, contrasting brickwork to crown the windows.

The upper part of the house has a gable in the middle, which is three window axes wide. In the facade of the gable there is a rectangular twin window with a window wall made of sandstone. The building was erected in 1899 for the employees of the Royal Württemberg Railway Inspectorate according to plans by the district building authority and the architect Hartmann.
